Engraved in your heart is the knowledge of your cosmic connection. There has never been separation or isolation and the continuance of a life could not be sustained without that connection as its vivifying force.

The sense of separation and aloneness that many feel can be due to the failure to trust the Self and continuing to believe that life has no meaning or purpose and is pointless. That time is over when the Human Experience can only be regarded as just for procreation and survival.

The Shift will bring the requires changes needed to focus that personal experience adds to understand the development of consciousness.

If every minute of time is filled with anything that is a detraction from being alone and quiet with yourself, then you are blocking access to information that is freely available to knowing other realities.

Periods of quiet and stillness are all that is needed to access awareness of union with the Universe, in what ever way is comfortable to you, and the truth of your creative instinct comes through understanding you own specific task.
