Inner Peace

Peace only comes through the acceptance of life with simplicity.

The nature of emotion is very delicate and unpredictable. Many things can trigger an emotional response; simple things like words, music, a sound, a smell. Not all responses are negative or destructive. Those emotional memories of past can lead to a closing of the mind and unthinking reactions, and nothing changes.

Some think they need to live in an ocean of emotion in order to feel alive. While emotion may be a driving force, it is a poor master.

Learning to discipline the emotion with the mind is the greatest challenge you face.

The stillness of inner peace is often perceived as inaction, a “copping out “from involvement, aloneness.

Learning to carry stillness in a chaotic world is an ideal state of being, for you carry peace as a vibration.
