It is inevitable that you will meet people whose opinions are diametrically opposed to your own, and you feel amazed that they think as they do.

There is absolutely no use in entering into disagreement, for perceptions of truth are very personal, coming from bias coloured by their own life experience with cultural and ethnic influence.

Discussion, let along argument, will often harden points of view and create alienation.

You are not here to force change, for the world is large enough to carry an infinite diversity of opinion. It is through thinking “outside the box” that new awakenings and realisations occur.

Eventually compromise is reached to find a harmonious path, pulling differing ideas into form. Minds can only change when there is clear sightedness, free from bias or the fear of looking foolish.
