Time moves on and alternative possibles are beginning to reveal themselves. The life you have been living is about to change and new opportunities are opening up.

Now is the time for new thinking. Allow yourself to believe those dreams which once seemed impossible to be realised.

Do not be concerned with the aging process for it is possible to adapt and adjust the physical body to perform many tasks once self-belief is strong. If you are prepared to work through any restriction to create a fulfilling life for yourself, you will be able to adjust limitation in a creative way.

The certainties of the past are no longer there as a crutch or a restriction, the future will be what you make it. Courage is all that is needed to step into the unknown.
