Through Consciousness is the awareness of knowledge that is around and intrinsic to the very existence of Being. It functions on various levels of vibrational accessibility.

The reception of knowledge is like fine tuning, similar to the reception of radio waves.

Within the Oneness of All, all beings have access to all knowledge, but to be aware and conscious of it requires the ability to receive.

Humankind is in the process of refinement to enable greater access though consciousness, and has needed a certain level of evolution in order to be receptive.

The work of the Universe is always in the flux of development and refinement of creation, experimenting and adapting. It never ends. There is no beginning or end and will continue for ever through development, awakening onward potential.
