Clarity of understanding comes when the mind is still. Belief in the ultimate good of life itself will assist you through all difficulties that are encountered.

There are benefits underlying every experience that the individual faces, even when the circumstances are testing you profoundly. The soul gains through these dark times and grows immensely in wisdom. The most important lesson can be that of never to repeat or copy or seek revenge.

While physical life is transitory, the soul is eternal; but it is through the physical and emotional challenges that provide the greatest opportunity for growth in wisdom and the raising of consciousness.
